IRC and the Country Processes Task Team of the Sanitation and Water for All (SWA) Partnership produced an information package to help water, sanitation and hygiene professionals understand what aid effectiveness entails. The package helps to apply aid effectiveness in water, sanitation and hygiene policies and practices.
