Abstract

The USAID-funded RANO WASH project in Madagascar promotes public-private partnerships (PPPs) for rural water services. This presentation explains how the project contributed to WASH systems strengthening and what it changed at the system and service levels. What happened after adopting a system strengthening approach for water service delivery. Who was involved and how did they contribute to the changes? What are the changes in WASH systems and services? Who benefits from these changes?
